THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a Software Architect, you will provide technical design and direction to product development teams to ensure compliance with MINDBODY?s practices, policies, and procedures.
The Software Architect is responsible for documenting and training MINDBODY coding standards, frameworks, and patterns while implementing the next generation of MINDBODY architecture.
The Software Architect role will mentor and assist product development teams through training, agile methods, and architectural guidance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience and 5 years of software development with emphasis on the web.
3 - 5 years? experience leading application solution design efforts.
3 - 5 years? experience contributing as a direct resource, and managing others on enterprise software deployments.
Must possess proficient skills utilizing the following technologies:
o Database Experience (SQL, XML, ADO/ADO.NET).
o Platform (Windows Server 2008, IIS 7, SQL Server 2008).
Demonstrated experience in data architecture and modeling at an enterprise level.
Works with other Software Architects to provide technical direction and mentoring to team members.
Experience integrating systems, networks, and applications across enterprise applications.?

Author technical documentation to provide Governance over development processes.

SCOPE OF SUPERVISION/AUTHORITY:
This position is a management professional position. Responsibilities are performed with limited supervision from the Chief Product Officer. Decision-making authority is broad due to the scope of assignments. Decisions encompass management level decisions regarding department strategy, personnel and budgetary expenditures.
