We are seeking a senior level Software Configuration Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft web development technologies to fill a permanent position in a highly dynamic and rapidly growing startup company. Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in creating and executing configuration management plans for Microsoft software development which include source control, build management, hardware and software configurations, software versions, deployment environments, and project documentation, as well as the change management process for these items. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and TFS required; experience in a financial services environment preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in configuration management for software development specifically with TFS
Proven track record of implementing software change management processes using the Microsoft Team Foundation Server tools
Proficiency in source control, build management, continuous integration, automated testing, deployment management, smoke testing, build and release documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Full life cycle development experience
Competence in a range of IT skills including networking, server management, relational databases, scripting
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems
Desired Skills & Experience
Participation in or exposure to agile development methodologies; experience in SCRUM
Exposure to CMS tools from a variety of vendors
Financial services industry experience
