Job Description
We are looking for self-motivated, service-oriented individuals who would be excited by a ground floor opportunity in the rapidly growing Field Automation Software field. myServiceForce.com is launching a dynamic new hosted service supporting hand-held computer and communications equipment serving companies in the small to medium field service industry. Over two years in development, the software has been fully tested and now serves over 250 users.
The job will entail supporting, remotely by phone and computer connection, sales support, client activation, and ongoing customer support including Tier 1 and 2 trouble resolution. Work hours may include Day, Evening, and On-Call.
Requirements
Candidates must have Excellent Verbal Communications Skills, as well as experience in:
Customer Service, either direct or call center
General knowledge and competency in common software programs, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
Some sales or sales support experience
Past experience in cellular, software support, or a field service industry (e.g. HVAC, Lawn or Pool Maintenance, etc.) is helpful, but not necessary
Competency in Spanish is also helpful
Compensation
Salaries start at 35,000 to 50,000 commensurate with experience. A bonus plan will be put in place based upon achievement of corporate and individual objectives up to 10 of base salary.
