This software developer will join an agile scrum team consisting of local and remote team members. If you are a creative problem solver with great initiative and are looking for an opportunity to show off your talents in a cross-organizational role, we are looking for you.

You will work with a variety of technologies including Java, SQL Server, BI tools, force.com, and multiple web/SaaS technologies. The idea candidate should possess great organization and communication skills, enjoy a flexible environment, and possess a love of problem solving.

Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (with 2+ years software development experience)
Development experience can range from a recent graduate to a few years in the industry.
Strong OO development design and development skills
Expertise in some of the following technologies is required: Java, JSP, C, Apex, SQL, and OR mapping.
Exposure to developing unit tests and robust API documentation during implementation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exposure to Agile development methodologies like Scrum is desired

Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing software from stated requirements and ongoing iterations
Defining the tasks and work breakdown structure for your development activities with time estimation to support predictable sprint and release planning activities
Collaborating with other team members (both local and remote) in designing, implementing, testing and documenting implementation and deployment of the software
Using BI tools to advance our visualization capabilities of our products
