The successful candidate will be a strong mid-level .net developer and either have BizTalk experience OR be willing to learn BizTalk. They will focus on the development of back-end processing applications and services and/or front-end UI design throughout full software development life cycle.

Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking a Software Developer.
Duties:? Design, analyze and implement all areas/phases of product development in a Microsoft environment including but not limited to research, design, development, testing, and support of Passport?s software products.
? Write scalable, maintainable and optimized .NET components according to specifications.
? Some Biztalk Server administration and orchestration will be required.
? Other duties as required.
Qualifications:? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Math or other related subject. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
? Development experience including multi-tier software applications using C# and full life cycle development.
? Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 and Trasact-SQL required, other RDBMS experience may be considered
? Knowledge of healthcare standard formats including X12 transactions
? Thorough understanding of object-oriented principals, including object oriented design patterns
? Knowledge of multi-threaded programming
? Knowledge of web design, including security and high load transaction processing preferred
? Knowledge of web design; security and high load transaction processing preferred
? Knowledge of UI/Winform development preferred
? Knowledge of web development with ASP.NET, XML Web Services JavaScript, IIS, and ADO.NET a plus
? Detail oriented software developers able to write scalable, maintainable and optimized .NET components according to specifications.
? Team players who can work in a fast paced, agile environment developing web applications utilizing Microsoft technologies.
