Job Code: 13-008Position Summary:
This position is responsible for developing DriveCam?s Applications and related systems supporting back-end business processes. Responsibilities include solution design, development and testing of customizations, interfaces and reports. DriveCam?s Application are developed using C# (Visual Studio) and SQL Server R2 2008.
Responsibilities:
Designing and developing business application customizations with appropriate tools
Developing and supporting SQL queries and reports in SQL Server 2008 and above.
Testing deliverables against requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
5 or more years of development experience on a Microsoft platform (e.g. VS, SQL Server)
Strong knowledge of SQL, including stored procedures, performance and tuning
Experience creating and consuming SOAP- and REST-based web services
Experience with unit testing concepts and frameworks
Team oriented, with a collaborative approach for addressing challenges
Highly developed organizational skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written skills, able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
Prior experience in a fast-paced, services environment
Expert skills with MS Word, Visio, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience/Education Required:
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent work experience
Familiar with best practice approaches for software development, implementation and systems administration
