Job Description:
We?re modernizing the broadcasting industry and we need top notch developers who are up for the challenge to use new technologies to solve old media problems. Our Delphi developers enjoy working on a very BIG, complex application with MAJOR media customers in a fast paced yet casual business environment. This is Industrial Strength Programming - performance critical application development with a 3-tier, high-availability, high-volume, distributed architecture. We?re looking for a Delphi Developer to work on our WO Promo product. WO Promo is promotions optimization software that empowers media companies to maximize the use of their promotional inventory with demographically targeted campaigns. WO Promo works with WO Traffic for seamless scheduling and workflow enabling our customers to optimize promotion use and placement based on measurable data, rather than guesswork.
Here?s what we?re looking for:
2+ years experience with Delphi IS A MUST
Knowledge of Firebird 1.5 RDBMS
Experience with MS SQL Server 2000
5+ years experience in overall software development
1+ years of software design / architecture
Understand 3-tier architecture, OOA & OOD
Good algorithmic skills and experience applying design patterns to both new and existing code.
Experience working with clients in design, development, testing and integration
Ability to think outside the box and a ?Take Charge? attitude
Excellent verbal communication skills.

This position will be based in our Hoover office which is located near Birmingham, AL.
