Position Description: Do you want to contribute to a leading edge Cloud Computing technology? We are seeking passionate and skilled Software Development Engineers in Test to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. As an SDET you will work together with Software Development Engineers to build the next generation customer interaction applications for large-scale contact centers.
Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, we are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test that have a passion for quality and a strong motivation for delivering highly valuable products and solutions. We have a strong focus on designing and developing automated test systems to validate functionality, performance, stability and security of enterprise class products. Measuring product quality and fitness is highly challenging and requires ingenuity, innovation and excellent engineering skills.
Requirements:
BS degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
5+ years of software development experience
Passion for software quality
Good written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Design and Implement development and test infrastructure
Drive improvements in unit testing coverage, develop test suites, expand our automated testing harness, and automate end to end tests
Analyze defect patterns and drive test initiatives to resolve these to completion
Help improve the team?s test tools and test infrastructure
Design and develop test tools that allow our team to scale out to support new features
Pioneering new test methodologies to deliver quality to our customers
Be an owner and advocate of product quality
Preferences:
1 year experience as Software Developer in Test
Proficient in refactoring, test automation, emergent design, testable and modular code, build infrastructure, test-driven development
