Developer (Contract to Perm)



Summary of Responsibilities:



Participate in design, development, and enhancement of new products and maintenance of existing products.



Primary Responsibilities & Objectives:



Analyze needs and requirements of existing and proposed systems. Develop technical specifications.
Work with end users and business people to understand the business requirements to define production specifications and software architecture.
Turn ideas and concepts into carefully designed and well-authored code.
Monitor individual project development schedules and priorities to meet deadlines.
Performs unit testing of the code and performs integration level testing with other features and products within the system.

Qualifications, Skills & Education:



Bachelor?s degree or above in computer related fields.
3+ years of programming experience using object oriented design and analysis methodology.
2+ years programming experience with C#, ASP.NET.
Proficient in database concepts and working experience with SQL Server or Oracle.
Familiar with XML, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and HTTP protocol.
Solid command of software development methodologies, coding standards and production controls
Strong analytical & problem solving skills, seeks clarification/answers to solve problems
Exhibit excellent attention to detail
Highly motivated, able to work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
