Software Developer - Surgery Source Medical Solutions

Summary of Position:

The Software Developer will create and modify computer applications by converting project requirements and specifications into code and will be responsible for analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documenting database applications in both existing and new system modules. The candidate should be able to work independently in all phases of system architecture, development and trouble shooting.

Education/Qualifications:

Mandatory:
-- Experience as a software/database developer (.Net, C)
-- Experience in writing web services, Service Oriented Architecture
-- Strong Object oriented programming and SQL skills
-- Strong written and verbal communications skills
-- Strong track record of academic and work related achievements
-- BS in Computer Science or equivalent

Desired, but not required:
-- Prior experience in DBMS environment
-- HealthCare knowledge

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, self sufficient individual who is able to work both independently or in a team oriented structure. The person should have a passion for doing a quality job and drive to complete projects with very little supervision.
