Responsibilities:
Evaluating our app against W3C guidelines and prioritizing fixes
Working with our JS team to find the right balance of graceful degradation and progressive enhancements for our core components
Educating our community of engineers on how to code with accessibility in mind
Helping our QA team devise testing strategies
Evangelizing accessibility within Yammer (along with the existing user experience team)
Helping to design and build new features that make life a little bit better for the 4MM+ employees who use Yammer

Required skills:
Expert JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and how to implement guidelines within a dynamic webapp
Passion for accessibility and ability to convince, educate, and evangelize
