Job Id: 161057 AtTask, Inc., a leading provider of project management software has an opening for a Software Development Manager to assist in the development and architecture of its award-winning application. The primary focus of the Manager is to ensure the rapid development of high quality software by leading an engineering team, while contributing to the development of the application 20-30% of the time.
Duties:
Provide leadership to the software engineering team
Software Architecture
Java/J2EE application development
Struts, Tiles, JSP, EJB, JUnit/Selenium
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
Provide employee development and teambuilding
Work with product managers to ensure development meets or exceeds customer requirements
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 7+ years relevant experience required
7+ years of Java/J2EE experience required
2+ years experience managing a development team/department
Web Development experience (JS/CSS/AJAX)
Relational SQL Database experience
Experience in SAAS model software delivery.
AGILE methodology experience
GWT, a plus
Flash/Flex, a plus
Groovy, a plus
