You will, among other things...:
work with team members to plan and execute projects and provide direction to deliver quaility products effectively while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
serve as a technical lead in all client meetings involving the company's products.
monitor projects and report progress regularly to all stakeholders.
help developers resolve technical and human resources issues as well as monitor team and individual performance.
provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance level.
You must...:
have at least 4 years of professional leadership experience in a software development organization.
have at least 2 years of experience in full-lifecycle software development management and related methodologies.
have 2+ years of experience using object oriented programming languages and related web technologies.
have proven experience in resource allocation, strategic planning, and risk/change management.
be proficient in using project management software, JIRA experience is a plus.
have experience directing and coordinating off-shore software development.
be extremely detail-oriented including excellent verbal and written English skills.
A typical day might also include:

collaborating with a dynamic team on Bagel Tuesday.
showing off your mad ping-pong or foosball skills in a game against our current champs.
