Software Engineer - Ads Digg

Description
Digg is looking for strong software engineers with experience in Ad systems and who are excited to work on cutting edge open-source systems (Redis, Hadoop, Hive, RabbitMQ, MySQL, Cassandra). You'll worki closely with a small team of developers to build out our Ad serving platform and optimize our Ad auction.

Design, implement and extend Digg's Ad auction and serving systems
Experiment and iterate on new Ad products and optimizations

Qualifications

Experience building an Ad serving and auction systems

Knowledge developing and debugging in Python

Processed data using Hadoop, HBase and Hive

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Worked with Debian or similar operating system.
