The candidate will beresponsible for System Software development for a next generation optical transmission and switching product. Responsibilities include design, development and integration of the software.Relevant Experience: 5-8 years. Experience in the some of the following areas is desired:
Experience with software development in DWDM/SDH/ROADM based systems in a multi-processor/multi-shelf environment
Shelf Management software. This includes provisioning, fault management and performance monitoring in a multi-shelf environment
Experience in Hardware Interface Layer software development
Experience with Freescale MPC860/8260 C/C++OSE/VxWorks/Embedded Linux
Knowledge of standards G.709 and relevant ITU standards, MEF, OIF, GR-253 and relevant standards
