Software Engineer Application Development StrongMail Systems
We are looking for engineers to build the next generation of StrongMail marketing applications. As we move to multi-channel distribution and easy to use and highly interactive applications, we are looking for engineers who are passionate about building adaptable, scalable and performant web applications. You will be responsible for architecture, design and development of StrongMail applications. Implement new product features and enhancements of high quality. Work closely with product managers, architects, and engineers to design the product. Successfully work with cross functional teams such as, user interface, platform, data services and QA teams. Candidate must have excellent understanding and proven competence in full life-cycle development and delivering high quality software on time.Requirements
BS/MS/PhD in computer science or other relevant technical degree
2+ years of experience in developing J2EE based web applications
Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Struts, relational databases and SQL
Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment
Experience with high volume distributed application development in a SaaS environment desired
Knowledge of implementing or using SOAP/REST based Web services desired
