Educational description
Graduates having 1-2 years of experience in software development.
Fresh graduates with solid skill and good portfolio will be considered.

Requirements
Experience in developing web applications in Perl.
Knowledge/experience with the following development tools and technologies: Java, Javascript libraries, XML, MYSQL
Knowledge and experience of object oriented programming techniques.
Knowledge on software testing & preparing engineering documentation.
Have an innovative programming approach and a passion for exploring new ideas.
Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.
A strong commitment to staying up to date on the latest technologies and trends on software development and practices.
Team-oriented and willing to jump in and help out.
Must be able to work on-site at Bethesda location.
Candidates with existing credentials that allow them to work in the United States are preferred

Job description
Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD).
