The Position
Ever wonder about what it'd be like to build a Netflix or Hulu rival from the ground-up? We're doing it. As part of the core engineering team, you will work on an amazing range of projects, such as building video ingestion/streaming infrastructure that can scale to the tens of millions of users, developing consumer-facing interfaces for PCs and mobile devices, and creating new algorithms for ad and content personalization.
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience in C/C++ and/or Java
- Working knowledge of Perl, Python, or similar scripting languages
- Working knowledge of distributed systems
- Good knowledge of databases and SQL
- Experience with open source technology stack such as LAMP
- US citizen or permanent resident
