Software Engineer, C# - UI Focus Kadient

The Software Engineer is the hands-on person responsible for building and maintaining Qvidian?s sales playbooks product line by implementing new features and fixing product issues. The person must have proven track record for delivering high-quality software. He/she must have the interest and ability to learn about sales enablement and sales process automation and be continually dedicated to define the infrastructure, frameworks and features for Qvidian products. Engineers on the development team will follow and contribute to this evolving approach.Responsibilities:
Learn and help maintain the sales playbooks product line
Work with customers, Customer Support, and the QA team
Analyze and fix product issues
Participate in analysis, and provide support to other teams in the company
Deliver against a schedule determined jointly with the Dir. of Engineering
Continuously refine and re-factor the code-base to enhance software components and features
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
2-3 years? relevant experience in design, development and coding practices
Strong in ASP.NET, C# and Microsoft .NET (2-3 years? experience)
Strong in JavaScript and AJAX
Experience with HTML and CSS
Experience developing and maintaining a hosted product offering
Strong skills as a team player and independent contributor
Strong problem solving abilities
Grasp quickly & keep current on new technologies
Must demonstrate ability to deliver results
Demonstrated commitment to designing and building excellent software, including dedication to fix that elusive bug
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Other Desirable Skills:
HTML5
XML and SOAP
CI and Unit Testing
Mobile (iOS, Android) experience
This position reports to the Director of Engineering.
