Software Engineer - C++/Win/COM Mindspark

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our team to research, design, implement, test and deploy cutting-edge features for our browser applications using C++, ATL and COM technologies. You will create high-performing, maintainable, high-volume production applications, as well as work with our talented product team to develop prototypes.You have the following:
5 + yrs industry experience
Experience in Windows systems programming including processes, threads, synchronization, debugging, DLL, messages, windows, windows procedures, loops, and hooks.
Experience in GUI development experience including bitmaps, icons, themes.
Experience in C/C++, COM programming (creating/writing scriptable objects with ATL/ Win32.
Experience in JavaScript
Good understanding of client/server model and HTTP, TCP/IP protocols.
Understand UAC and process integrity levels.
Good DOM/XML knowledge.
Solid software design and object oriented programming skills.
Ability to identify and work with efficient algorithms and data structures
Organized, analytical team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Master/Bachelor?s degree (CS, EE or Math preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Must be personable, professional and a team-player.
Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
Able to understand business problems, and be creative with strong problem solving abilities.
Familiarity of and experience with Software Development Life Cycle in Agile development environment.
Ready to take ownership of projects, and do whatever it takes to make them successful.
Ability to foresee and proactively adapt to technical and scheduling issues.
