Requirements
Experience with analyzing and improving the performance of large distributed systems
Good communication skills
Experience with designing, setting up, and running performance tests
5-8 years of experience
Knowledge and experience with any of these subjects are pluses
Linux kernel
Performance measurement tools
Intel/x86 hardware
Statistical analysis and tools
