Job Duties

- Use of database queries and scripts to analyze clinical and billing data
- Designing, testing, and implementing script based solutions to newly reported problems
- Designing, testing, and implementing minor product fixes to address issues of small scope
- Collaboration with product specialists on the front line team to insure that the customers perception of the service provided is seamless
- Prioritization and management of tickets in queue to best meet service level objectives established at a company level

Requirements

- 4 year degree
- Web Development
- C / .Net
- Visual Basic 6.0 / Active Server Pages
- SQL Server Transact SQL
- Oracle PL/SQL
- A passion for solving problems.
