PatientKeeper, a leading provider of healthcare applications for physicians is actively searching for computer science students to join our software development team for the Summer 2013 period. Candidates should be in at least their second year of college and be interested in gaining hands-on application development experience in a fast-paced software development organization.
Join a team of talented engineers working on improving how healthcare is delivered. You will be making a difference by applying best practices to software development and quality engineering. Knowledge you gained in your computer science classes will be extended and amplified as you work on addressing some of the most challenging problems in modern healthcare, such as Computerized Physician Order Entry, Data Integration, and Healthcare Financials.
Software development interns will work with J2EE technologies (server-side and UI). Quality Assurance interns will work with our Automation team, using ruby, git, selenium, Jenkins, and cucumber to produce product regression suites and have the opportunity to explore new tools or technologies to improve our automation arsenal. You will have the opportunity to bounce ideas off industry veterans, and have some fun in between ? that?s what makes PatientKeeper a great place to work.
Candidate for a bachelor's degree in Computer Science
Foundational knowledge and skills in Core Java and J2EE (Java, JSP, Servlets, etc.).
