In this position, the software engineer will work as part of a team of professionals that play a key role in the implementation of Cisco Unified Contact Center and Spanlink products. This position requires a conscientious self-starter who looks beyond their own work assignments to ensure a successful project completion. The engineer will learn to apply business requirements and design concepts to contact center application development and deployment.
? Duties will include the ability to translate technical specifications into working code, and solve problems with consideration of the end user experience
? Experience with a disciplined development methodology and release management process
? Must be a team player and willing to learn new technologies

? Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Good human relation skills
? 2+ years? experience in java development
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
? Java Certified Programmer is a plus
