The Software Engineer, CRM integrations is responsible for designing integrated software solutions that allow customers to utilize the Five9 Call Center with major CRM solutions. Critical to this role is the ability to coordinate, design, implement and support the integrated software systems. As a key contributor to the Software Development team, we are looking for individuals that understand the value of teamwork, have a positive, ?can do? attitude and are motivated to help us to grow our business.
San Francisco/Bay Area, California candidates are preferred; Candidates located outside of the Bay Area (but within the Continental US) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Partner with Five9 Product Management team to understand Five9 customer?s needs on the integrated solutions.
Work with Five9 CRM partners to understand integration points, design integrations and find the best way to satisfy the customer?s needs.
Build software integrations of Five9 Call Center software with major CRM providers ? Salesforce.com, Netsuite.com, Oracle, RightNow, Microsoft Dynamics and others.
Work close with Five9 IT Governance team to ensure appropriate test coverage and quality assurance.
Must be a self-starter possessing excellent time management skills; Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously while requiring little or no oversight and/or direction.
At least 5 years of software development experience.
Strong knowledge of one or many of CRM solutions (Salesforce, Siebel, NetSuite, RightNow, Leads360, etc.) is required.
Good understanding of web technologies including SOAP, XML, REST.
Experience building integrations with major CRM providers.
Patience learning 3rd party integration points and toolkits.
Must be a team player able to work in distributed teams utilizing agile development process.
Experience building UI application is considered a plus.
BS or MS in Computer Since or related.
