Essential Responsibilities:
? Lead the design and development of technologies across the Amalga big data processing pipeline
? Work with data interfaces, storage and management, integration of machine learning algorithms, analytics, visualization, data access and extensibility interfaces and related developer tools
? Work in a new and rapidly growing business with talented software engineers and medical domain experts
? Leverage technologies like SQL Server, Azure, DICOM, HL7 and RESTful web services
? Software design and development, feature implementation, technical leadership, prototyping of ideas, and collaboration with internal and external partner teams to bring cutting edge technologies into practice
? Be responsible for a feature area, collaborate with cross-functional feature leads, and deliver detailed architecture documents and realistic plans for your feature area
? Ensure a high level of code quality and contribute to team processes and best practices leading by example
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Ideal candidate will have extensive experience building large data intelligence and visualization platforms for enterprise class software products designed for performance, robustness, scalability, customization and serviceability
? Outstanding technical chops, proven leadership skills, experience in full enterprise product development cycle, design and implementation ownership of complex software features
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills and analytical thinking
? Proficiency in C# and .NET framework is essential
? Experience with C/C++ is highly desirable
? Experience with Data Modeling, SQL Server, DICOM, ADO.NET, HTML5, Web Services, Azure and Distributed Computing is a strong plus
? BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Masters preferred)
? Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience
