Parabon Computation, a leading enterprise computing software company based in Reston, VA, seeks a software engineer with the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
At least three (3) years experience working as a software engineer in a commercial environment
5 years of OO development
5 years of Java programming experience
Knowledge of J2SE, J2EE, and Java API
Strong oral and written communication skills
Additional required qualifications include:
Unix/Linux and Windows
Shell scripting
Build environments (e.g. ant, maven)
Source code control systems (e.g. svn, cvs, git)
Experience in the following a plus:
JavaScript a plus (i.e. jQuery, YUI)
GUI development (e.g. GWT, Vaadin, Swing)
Virtualization technology (e.g. VirtualBox, VMware, etc)
MPI and high performance computing (HPC)
