• Some one who has done internship in a software company (as a final year project) would be great.
• Good Communication skills both Oral and Written.
• Skill set

o Java,JSP,Servlet,JDBC
o Strong on Unix/Linux knowledge.
o Strong on App server like JBoss,Apache Tomcat etc
o Very Strong on Oracle Database ,can write SQL queries ,simple and complex,Stored Procedures,Triggers.
o Good to have a bit of Perl/Shell scripting knowledge.
