Our Research and Development organization is looking for highly motivated title who will help the
company advance the software to the next level of quality and scalability by designing,
implementing, and creating tools, automating manual processes, automating functional tests and
helping drive scalability in the most efficient way.
Minimum Qualifications (Mid-Level):
? 4 year degree in Computer Science or similar field
? Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
? Minimum of one year with Object Oriented Development in Java, C# or C++
? Experience scripting in Python, Perl, Shell or VBScript
? Comfortable in working on back end systems (installing and configuring Windows & setting up
backend phone systems with training)
Minimum Qualifications (Senior-Level):
? Everything for mid-level plus the following
? 5+ years with OO Development in Java, C# or C++
? Experience in automating software in a way that is not record & playback (not QTP, RFT, etc.)
? Script in multiple languages such as Python, Perl, Shell and VBScript
? Up to the challenge of driving successful test automation where it has not succeeded before
o Build relationships with developers to enable success
o Quickly demonstrate and sell success in a business value
o Motivated and challenged by paving new paths
? Ability and willingness to use multiple tools or languages to get the job done
? Ability to see inefficiencies in the team and drive automation to make the team successful
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience automating with Selenium
? Any call center or telephony domain experience
? Experience with load, scalability and performance testing
? Experience using VMWare
