The Caradigm Platform breaks through information silos and aggregates data in real-time from hundreds of clinical and administrative systems. It provides end users with instant access to comprehensive information about patients. It provides partners and customers a technology platform that enables them to build new solutions to meet emerging use cases. We are the ?Fabric? of the Caradigm Platform and our team?s primary focus is to reduce the cost of deploying, managing, operating and servicing the platform and the clinical applications built on top of it, while ensuring high availability. Another key charter of the team is to provide for a great application development experience within Visual Studio with a powerful SDK that makes it very easy to build rich, low TCO server-side applications on top of our platform. The platform?s core runtime experience is built by leveraging technologies like WCF, .NET, AD, ADFS; and the IT administration experience by leveraging technologies like PowerShell & Silverlight.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Product architecture
? Feature design and implementation
? Technical leadership
? Incubation of ideas
? Collaboration with partner teams to achieve results
? Expected to design and develop the product within cross-functional feature crews
? Deliver detailed architecture and implementation documents and schedules for your feature areas that account for dependencies
? Ensure a high level of code quality
? Follow and contribute to team processes and best practices
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Have solid experience building platform services for enterprise class products designed for performance, robustness, scalability, customization and upgradability
? Minimum of 6 years of commercial product development experience
? Experience with at least one full enterprise product development cycle including design and implementation ownership of complex software features
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills and critical thinking
? Must have proven technical leadership and strong analytical skills
? Proficiency in C# and .NET is essential
? Experience in one or more areas of SQL Server, WCF, Powershell, XAML, Silverlight, WPF & HTML5Javascript is a strong plus
? BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
