Good Technology Corporation has openings for Software Engineers (Lead QA Engineers) in Sunnyvale, CA. Provide leadership in creating effective QA test planning, execution and defect tracking for Enterprise Messaging application for mobile platform. Design, develop, and execute test cases for wireless enterprise communications products and devices; and prepare defect metrics. Ensure the QA department?s processes and tools are applied to the project as needed by all his team members. Supervise seven engineers distributed across three countries. Contribute to the holistic effort of delivering high quality software on time and on budget. Responsible for detailed analysis required to translate high level functional requirements (User Stories) into detailed Use Cases and Test Cases and contribute to the creation of detailed product Test plan. Invoke feedback and sign-off on Use Cases and Test Cases from all relevant stakeholders; typically but not limited to Scrum Master, Developers, Product Owner and fellow QA members. Responsible for performing hands-on new feature and function testing to support the scrum team?s development efforts; this will happen on tight timelines while also writing test cases and preparing our overseas team for the regression testing validation cycle prior to release. Requires Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field followed by 5 years progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Agile methodology and continuous integration (i.e. nightly built and release); 2) Experience, working in a multi-platform, multi-release, distributed development environment; 3) Experience in software QA, including mobile application testing; 4) Execution of test cases prioritizing and order test cases; 5) Testing highly scalable enterprise client-server software ; 6) mail/networking server technologies (TCP/IP, POP3, IMAP, MAPI, MS-Exchange, Domino, Sun) ; 7) Experience with Test Case Management Tools like Rally, ApTest Manager, Test Director, ClearQuest, etc.8) Experience with Defect Tracking Tools like Serena TeamTrack, Jira, Bugzilla.
