The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing the Universal Origination Platform. You will be working with a global team that uses an agile development process.

About You
At Andera, we?re committed to being the best: in our field, in work environment, in compensation. That means that you?ll be working with the best, but it also means that you have to be the best. We?re expecting that you meet, at minimum, the following qualifications:
3+ years of software development experience in Java server side technologies.
Working knowledge of the following is desired - Spring or Seam, JSF, Hibernate, jQuery, Richfaces.
Solid relational database design fundamentals
Knowledge of front-end web technologies: XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JSON
Real-world experience shipping one or more large-scale, high-availability customer facing internet applications.
Willingness and ability to take on complex projects independently.
Prior startup experience desirable.
