Software Engineer MCA Solutions

As a software engineer you will be working in our Scrum team. Our sprints last for two weeks. At the beginning of each sprint the entire team (programmers, testers, technical writers and product managers) commits to delivering a set of features for the sprint. We do the work and then have a discussion on what worked and what did not. We then try our best to apply the lessons learned in preceding sprints to better our process. You would be one of the programmers on our team. You will write JSP, Java code and Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code. You will also be working with very bright people.
Requirements:

A BS Computer Science degree.
A desire to build quality software.
Ability get things done in a timely manner.
Thrive in a team environment.

Prefer:

Java proficiency.
Some knowledge of SQL.
