THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED PayScale is seeking a talented, creative and passionate frontend developer to build innovative features and solutions for our business-facing platform. We are passionate about building user-friendly, software-as-a-service applications. If you enjoy breathing life into UI, love writing code, and seek to solve complex problems, we want you! You will collaborate with talented engineers and program managers to design and implement new features for the company's core revenue generating product.
Web Site Development:
--You will design, develop and maintain applications on Payscale's business-facing website.
--You will work in a small, agile team to develop, schedule and release your work.
--You will leverage our large scale compensation model and deep data analytics to help customers understand compensation, maximize retention and optimize workforce organization.
--You will maintain, enhance and re-engineer existing infrastructure.
--You will ensure high performance and increase scalability.
--Strong coding and debugging skills in an object oriented language like C#/Java.
--Development experience with Web Application Servers: ASP.NET/JSP/Ruby on Rails.
--SQL and Relational Databases.
--Good grasp of Web fundamentals.
--Overall front-end development experience of 2+ years.
--Amazon Web Services
--Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
--Sense of humor.
