This is a full-stack development role where you'll lean on your solid experience in web development using server-side technologies and hone your skills in user-facing technologies that are changing all the time. You'll interact with the sales and operations teams to weigh business requirements, then brainstorm technical solutions with a team of developers who really know this space. You'll grab a burrito or lunch in our cafeteria, maybe watch a screening of one of our TV shows, then make sure your implementation is built to last before putting it in front of millions of gamers.Primary Responsibilities:
Lead a team of web/software developers as a coach and mentor
Through exemplary work ethic and pursuit of excellence, elevate the quality and contribution of each team member
Serve as a liaison between the web development team and other teams
Create and improve ad formats to monetize sites+apps on all relevant platforms
Develop custom tools to support account acquisition and integration
Write efficient code for consuming, sharing and analyzing system data
Build platform extensions+APIs across web/mobile technologies
Enhance monitoring and testing capabilities to ensure high availability and responsiveness
Required skills:
Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
Real-world experience in C#/.NET/Java or other web platform architecture
Mastery of HTML/JS/CSS/cookies and other core web technologies
A solid foundation in SQL databases, data structures and algorithms
Bonus skills:
Development on mobile platforms
PHP or other dynamic/scripting language
Any Flash experience
Server/network administration (Windows+Linux)
