Be an integral member of the team that builds Lombardi Software's award-winning products and services. Lombardi is looking for a software engineer who has strong computer science fundamentals and is willing to grow. The ideal candidate must have a passion for development. We are looking for a software engineer who will evangelize new product offerings and features that leverage our varied technologies ranging from Java, GWT, to various Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:



Design, build and deliver Lombardis products and services

Develop innovative software using cutting-edge technologies

Collaborate with product management to drive Lombardis product roadmap

Deliver projects on-time and to specification with an appropriate level of quality

Develop automated functional and performance tests

Collaborate with quality assurance team to create test cases and test IP

Collaborate with technical writers to create customer-relevant documentation
Job Requirements :

Candidates should have a skill using a variety of development technologies including:

o Java

o XML

o GWT

o Microsoft .NET Framework, specifically including C and/or C++ development.

o Distributed systems design and implementation, with an emphasis on Web

services.

o Database design and development and data modeling (SQL, XML).

Fundamentals of computer science: object-oriented design and design patterns; data

structures and algorithms

Development process tools: IDEs, compilers, debuggers, profilers, version control

systems, issue tracking, code coverage and automated testing tools

Extensive prior participation in agile software development processes, with emphasis on

requirements development, milestone-based development and triage

Desire to push oneself to grow and improve as a software engineer

Must be a Legal Resident or US Citizen.
