The ideal candidate is a solid software developer with experience supporting military aviation software. Candidate must be a US Citizen or eligible for security clearance.
Define, track, and document requirements.
Design and develop software in C/MFC/ .NET development environments.
Adhere to coding standards and quality assurance procedures
Integrate software with existing legacy systems.
Interact with customers.
Participate in CMMI level 3 software engineering practices.
Ideal candidate will have the following skills/qualifications/experience:
Experience with SQL server, XML, .NET, C, MFC, CASE tools.
Experience with and knowledge of Net Centric Architecture and Web Services.
Experience with OOAD principles and practices.
Experience with Department of Defense systems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Strong software architectural design and implementation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Internet technologies.
A demonstrated ability to keep abreast of new technology.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers and product specialists.
Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to be 4an effective team player
Bachelors degree required. Other advanced degrees are highly desirable.
