Dallas, Texas and Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Placemark develops, implements, and supports wealth solutions, including Unified Managed
Account platforms and retirement solutions for broker/dealers, registered investment advisors,
banks, and family offices. As the separate account industry?s leading independent overlay
portfolio manager, Placemark coordinates multiple investment vehicles such as separately
managed accounts, mutual funds, and ETFs into a single customized portfolio

SUMMARY
Designs and develops systems-level software and provides systems support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and implement solutions utilizing multiple technologies, with a focus on Web
Development.
Specifically, this position entails working with Investment professionals to deliver the most
usable web interfaces available to Financial Advisors for creating and managing their client's
accounts.
As with all Software Engineer positions, proper unit and system testing/quality assurance is an
active component of this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Advanced knowledge of at least one scripting language commonly used in server-side web
development. Examples: PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, ASP, Tcl
Advanced HTML and JavaScript skills
Advanced Knowledge of ANSI-compliant SQL
Ability to work closely with Business/Functional owners to deliver against requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
