Software Engineer Web/Java ON24

Description
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, 3-5+ years of experience developing back-end & front-end web-based applications. We are looking for a self starting, creative and passionate individual with good communication skills who is able thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Requirements
3+ years experience developing complete Java-based, database-driven, server side, multithreaded web applications.
Significant experience developing end-user web-based interfaces
Experience working in a professional-services/application customization role
3+ years experience in web development, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JSON, and AJAX
Significant knowledge of, or experience with one or more of: SproutCore, JQuery, Dojo, Sarissa, ScrewUnit, Jasmine, and HTML5.
Familiar with Mac OS X, UNIX, shell scripting, and regular expressions
Fluent written communication and strong collaboration skills
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Desired
Experience working in a production support/troubleshooting role
Experience in Objective C, Flex, Flash applications, Design, Usability is a plus
Experience working with SCRUM or similar agile methodology
5+ years of large scale, full life cycle development experience (or MS and 4+ years).
Excellent database and SQL skills including complex multi-table joins and correlated sub-queries.
Experience in Client & Server side tracking, SEO, and web measurement.
