Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:

Be a leader, able to lead small teams of engineers and drive technical direction for your projects.
Be an achiever, have a demonstrated track record of strong software design and implementation skills.
Be a teacher, help to mentor more junior members of the team.
Be a spark, bring energy, passion and creativity to work every day.
Be hands-on, willing to dig in and crank out high-quality code.
