We are looking for a data software engineering animal who can lead the 5 fearless developers on the Data Platform Team. Are you able to find order and beauty in massive piles of messy data? Optimize the heck out of Java, SQL, Hadoop, Postgres, and any other data technology you come across? Architect the data platform that is the basis for the redfin.com website? Work with analysts and data scientists to engineer and productize complex algorithms? Mentor, recruit, and code shoulder-to-shoulder with talented software developers?
