What we?re looking for
We need a software engineering leader to build a team engineers to integrate mortgage and title services into our industry-leading real estate transaction management platform. This is a new initiative for Redfin and an opportunity for you to build the team you?ve always wanted to work with and design the system the right way right from the start.
The ideal candidate is a natural born leader with experience in full-stack software development and special emphasis on SOA-design and integration. Deep understanding of performance and security is required and familiarity with agile methods is a plus. To succeed you?ll need to stretch your strategic muscles as well as showing off your technical chops and your management know-how. It?s a full-brain workout.
