The Requirements

You're a hacker at heart and love writing high-volume web applications. You also have the urge to scratch itches and get to the bottom of tough problems.
You love building web-based UI?s and are not afraid to dig down into CSS, JavaScript and HTML idiosyncrasies to get something right.

You have:

Development experience with real-world applications under your belt. You love getting your work in front of users.
Recent experience with Java and critical web technologies like JavaScript, CSS and HTML. Familiarity with popular Java and UI frameworks like Spring, Struts and Hibernate are big pluses.
Written multi-threaded or multi-user web-based programs. You know how to make your code scale.
Good presentation skills. You should be able to talk intelligently and passionately about the interesting challenges your projects presented.
A willingness to lead by example and mentor engineers with less experience.
A sense of humor and perspective.
2+ years industry experience.
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
