WhitePages PRO provides Contact Centers and Merchants with the fastest and most comprehensive contact database in North America to know who's behind the number. Our expertise in powering the largest and most trusted online directory provides our clients with the most accurate contact data available. Clients such as Vizio, Oakley, Anthem Healthcare and Citizen Bank continue to leverage our data and services to improve their business practices each day.
Are you a solid producer looking for a challenging opportunity with an amazing company? Our B2B division, WhitePages PRO, is growing our engineering team to support the development of our unique data offerings. These positions are based out of our Downtown Seattle office where you?ll work side by side with some of the best technical talent in the Pacific Northwest. As a software engineer on the PRO team, you?ll have a voice in product design and strategic decisions around product feature sets. You?ll design architecture, write code and get in at the ground level of the fastest growing segment of WhitePages? business. You?ll have the ability to make a difference and reap the benefits of a company that is established, but acts like a startup that is agile and collaborative.
QUALIFICATIONS
We?re looking for senior level engineers and those just getting started in their engineering career to work on the client side, server side or full stack. If you have a CS degree, an understanding of the SDLC, write clean code that works (yeah, your code has to work) and your code is readable, maintainable and follows best practices and coding standards?you?re almost there. If you?re fluent in more than one language (Perl, Ruby, Java, Python, C#/C++/C) and have worked with database development, algorithms, data structures, networking, database design and optimization, then you?ve got what we need. But throw in experience working in Open Source internet platforms and you?ll move to the front of the line.
