Job Description
To support our rapid growth, we are seeking talented, motivated Implementation Engineers that bring a passion for developing innovative web software solutions for our customers. As an Implementation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn and build innovative customer solutions using the latest web technologies. Implementation Engineers work closely with BigMachines customers and team members to rapidly build and deploy online software solutions.

Duties
Configuring the BigMachines application while working collaboratively with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and other engineers to solve real world business problems helping our customers sell more, sell faster
Ultimately being responsible for ensuring that the proposed implementation and test designs yield a high performing application with reliable quality in alignment within the business timeline objective
Having the ability to understand the customers' business requirements and relate their needs to a technical solution
Effectively utilizing the BigMachines Platform, middleware solutions (WebMethods and/or Cast Iron) and cool web technologies including XML, HTML, XSL, Python, and AJAX (Javascript) to meet project requirements
Adhering to all BigMachines security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties
Participating in security training provided by BigMachines
Reporting any potential security weakness, exposure or suspicious indications to manager
Skills/Requirements
1-3 years' experience preferred with demonstrated ability to complete multiple, complex technical projects
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or technical field from a reputable 4-year college/university
Experience and comfort with web programming including technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Python, Perl, and XSL
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Quick learner and able to learn new technologies and web programming languages on own as necessary
Knowledge of user interface design and web design constraints
Experience with eCommerce and CRM solutions is helpful, but not required
Willingness to travel and work as projects dictate
