We are looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join our team. The role is an important one as our externally-facing software is more featured during our sales dynamics and on-going relationships with clients. The Software Implementation Specialist is best described or defined as a hybrid of traditional IT disciplines/skills, namely being part Business Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Tester, and Trainer/Technical Writer. ?Work collaboratively with internal consultants and sales personnel and with directly with customers to understand customers? business processes and rules as related to their configuration and manifestation in our software platform. Therefore, the candidate should have proficiency with business process modeling and use case/requirements definition and documentation. And, the candidate should have technical wherewithal to understand the architectural components of our software platform in order to distinguish client requirements that are configurable vs. custom development. In the course of interactions with clients, the candidate should demonstrate effective written and verbal communications, a partnering demeanor, and salesmanship to promote value propositions with customers.
?Shape the project plans for client software implementations and drive the plan for each effort, including coordination with development & operational colleagues and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within customer expectations. Such coordination will require effectively communicating technical information in both written and verbal forms to both technical and non-technical people.
?Execute software configuration as defined/designed for clients, using exposed administration utilities, requiring pride-of-ownership/attention-to-detail and rudimentary data mapping capability.
?Engage quality assurance testing on base software functionality and each implemented instance. Ensure requirements are met even after turnover through monitoring of reports and transactions.
?Author and deliver training and technical documents to clients and internal operations teams as part of software implementation go-live/turnover.
?Provide software product expertise and on-going training to other internal departments.
?Contribute to internal software and operations roadmaps, introducing prioritized requirements, use cases, user stories, and process charts per client implementations and/or new identified technologies, integration partners, or approaches (buttressed by calculated justification) to further Vox?s growth/success.
?Contribute to frameworks to drive continuous improvement with regard to all of the above, particularly with regard to synthesizing information capture for software configurations and optimizing quality-first deliveries.

Essential Skills and Requirements
?1 ? 5 years of experience as a business analyst, software/systems engineer, technical analyst, technical operations analyst, technical project manager (or role involving software specifications, documentation, and/or configuration) and experience working directly with customers.
?Bachelor?s degree in relevant functional domain or in MIS, CIS, or Technical Communications preferred or related experience required.
