Software Integration Engineer and Customer Liaison Parabon
Parabon Computation, a leading enterprise computing software company, seeks a software developer willing to work onsite at a client location in Suitland, Maryland.Responsibilities
Duties of the position include integrating Parabon's software into the customer's environment, developing customer applications atop Parabon's software platform and serving as Parabon's customer liaison.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
At least three (3) years experience working as a software engineer in a commercial environment
5 years of OO development
5 years of Java programming experience
5 Years Unix/Linux Shell scripting and windows Batch file scripting
2 Years using Virtualization technology (e.g. VirtualBox, VMware, etc)
Knowledge of J2SE, J2EE, and Java API
Strong oral and written communication skills
TS-SCI Full Scope Polygraph required
Experience in the following a plus
Familiarity with 3D Design and engineering software (AutoDesk a plus)
Build environments (e.g. ant, maven)
Source code control systems (e.g. svn, cvs, git)
MPI and high performance computing (HPC)
