Leads the analysis, requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and integration of software features, and software management, integration and validation activities.
? Leads the implementation and integration of software solutions in accordance with defined roadmap and plan.
? Analyzes business requirements, processes, data, and software integration points to determine appropriate technology solutions.
? Evaluates and recommends software and hardware solutions to meet business needs.
? Defines technology solutions, based on business needs, which require complex analysis and in-depth evaluations of industry standards/technologies and complex business/systems processes.
? Responsible for the deployment of technical accuracy and completeness of integrated software designs.
? Provides input on product source, internally versus externally.
? Evaluates development partners/vendors and integration models. Defining Statements of work and providing input on partner contracts.
? In-depth disciplinary knowledge; leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise.
- Provides deep subject matter expertise, advice and program delivery.
- Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise.

? Responsible for the on-time /on- specification definition and development of complex solutions with outside development partners.

Qualifications:
Understands DICOM< HL&,XDS as it pertains to image management and archiving, solid background on RAD and card PACs architecture as it pertains to image management and archiving, understands departmental workflow and clinical requirements related to image management and archiving, understands storage concepts and technologies, ability to define solutions architectures, develop design and workflow diagrams, and articulate those designs and solutions
Undergraduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience.
