Software QA Analyst Quickparts
JOB DUTIES:Provide software quality assurance to new features and defects to ensure high-quality releases. Specific duties include: Perform hands-on testing based on written test plans, test cases, and end-user needs; conduct un-attended testing based upon scripting and/or automated platform; develop test plans for functional testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing and acceptance testing; perform black-box and ad hoc testing on new and existing product features; act as a point person for Quickparts technology products; participate in Quickparts? technology products and business/process flow; document business and functional product requirements; create and publish training manuals for QSOFT (in-house software); develop and implement business process improvements; translation customer/client? needs into new features and new services; work with customers to identify, validate, generate enhancements & defects. Work with technical skills and languages such as VBScript, C#, SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, for automated web testing using automated testing tools such as QA Wizard, TestComplete and Visual Studio 2010, and SQL Server 2008 for database queries.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field plus minimum of 2 year of experience. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Foreign degree equivalent is also acceptable.
HOURS:
40 hours per week, M-F, 9:00 a.m. ? 6:00 p.m.
