Major Responsibilities

• Manage team of local and remote QA engineers for both functional and automated testing.
  
• Extend current automated regression and load testing to enhance software quality.
• Collaborate between various teams to identify areas of weakness in functionality, usability, and scalability.
• Develop and enhance existing metrics to show measurable improvements in software quality.
• Review all existing QA processes and interactions with other teams; enhance and extend as required.
• Increase departmental efficiency.
